Creative Workforce Solutions, in conjunction with the Green Mountain Tech and Career Center and the Lamoille Workforce Investment Board, is sponsoring the 10 Hour OSHA Safety Certification Training, Tuesday and Wednesday evening, May 13th and 14th, beginning at 4 pm at GMTCC in Hyde Park.

If you are looking for a job or working in the skilled trades, the landscaping field, or other occupation in which safety is important, this training is an ideal opportunity. Also, business owners and contractors can enroll employees as part of your goal to maintain a safe and productive workplace.

Topics include OSHA’s “Focus Four” Hazards, Fall Protection, Electrocution, Caught in/Caught Between Injury Prevention, Personal Protective Equipment, Health Hazards in Construction, Scaffolding and more.
