At its upcoming meeting on May 27 at 6:30pm, the Essex Planning Commission will review an application for development in your neighborhood.
Under the consent agenda, Cabrera Properties has proposed a 3,700-square-foot addition to Simpson Cabinetry (an existing woodworking shop and office), along with additional / relocated outdoor storage and 5 additional parking spaces, at 15 Corporate Drive in the Resource Preservation District - Industrial (RPD-I) zone.
