7:05 Discuss a request submitted by Jonathan and Sally Czapski to amend the Rogers Road Class 4 Town Highway License Agreement dated 2/26/2021 as follows:
• Proposed improvements would serve three residential lots whereas the existing agreement is for a single family dwelling, and
• To allow construction of the proposed road improvements to commence prior to the issuance of all local, state and federal permits (revised plans drafted by TCE have been submitted for this request)
7:35 Designate a member of the Selectboard to be the Town's representative in negotiating an amendment to the License Agreement
7:40 Discussion of Local ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act) Allocation
