We are pleased to announce the 1st Annual Shelburne Emergency Services Car Wash and Touch-a-Truck Event. This event is being sponsored in partnership by the Police, Fire, and Rescue Services of Shelburne, and is being held to benefit Make-A-Wish Vermont. In hopes of making wishes come true.
Swing by on Saturday May 22, 2021 10am-1pm, at the Vermont Teddy Bear Company, located at 6655 Shelburne Rd in Shelburne, VT. Please come one come all.
Stop by to get your vehicle washed, explore and learn all about our Emergency Response Vehicles: police, fire, rescue and town highway trucks. Meet your local heroes in person. They will be there to answer your questions and introduce you to the world of emergency response.
While there you can also meet the amazing "Dux the Balloon Man" and witness his amazing performance twisting crafting magical balloon creations loved by all. Satisfy your cravings with a sweet treat of hand-crafted ice cream from The Scoop, cotton candy or popcorn from the Cotton Candy Connection and wash it down with freshly squeezed lemonade.
By the way, WKOL-FM KOOL 105.1 BIG HITS will be broadcasting live from location for your listening pleasure.
Suggested car wash donation is $10.00. All car wash proceeds to benefit Make-A-Wish as well as a portion of vendor proceeds.
