Weybridge Community Free Seed Swap and Electric Equipment Demonstrations
The Weybridge Energy Committee is hosting a free Community Seed Swap/Electric Equipment Demo on Saturday, May 22, from 9:00 to 11:00 AM on the lawn at the Weybridge Congregational Church, 2790 Weybridge Road, Weybridge.
Anyone can participate, whether or not they have seeds to contribute. First-time gardeners as well as experienced gardeners are encouraged to come. Any kind of seed, bulb, or plant start is welcome, even if they are last year's seeds. Participants are asked to label any seeds not in commercial packaging.
Committee members will also showcase examples of electric lawn and garden equipment, such as mowers, string trimmers, and chainsaws. If you're interested in electric vehicles, there will be a few on hand to look at and learn about.
Please wear a mask and bring your own bags for taking seeds away.
