There will be 7 courses & 7 of our hand-crafted local wines including the first releases from our 2020 vintage. You do not want to miss this!
The first Ellison Estate Vineyard wines were softly released last Fall, but we are so thrilled to be able to finally share more in person with Cork's first wine dinner in almost 2 years! We grow our grapes on Lake Champlain in Grand Isle, and make the wine right here in Stowe.
Come celebrate the onset of spring and new beginnings with two local women-run family businesses. We cannot wait for you to taste our dry Old-World style natural wines.
