SPRING CLEANING FOR THE SOUL:
THE SPIRITUALITY OF SIMPLICITY

For many of us, our lives feel cluttered and overbusy, and we can never seem to catch our breaths.
Our spirituality can get lost in the shuffle.
Take this opportunity to sit with like-minded souls for a day of reflection and exploration as we ask ourselves:
How can I simplify my life?
Why is this important to me?
And once I clear a space, how can I connect with the Divine in a fresh and meaningful way?

This workshop will be facilitated by Tess Starecheski, certified spiritual director and longtime practitioner of the simple life, and will include an introduction to “Prayer of the HeART” by Kelly Schneider Conklin.
Please bring your lunch and journal.
