May 18 Virtual Open House at Savvy Speakers, a Toastmasters Club
Savvy Speakers, a Barre-based Toastmasters Club serving the general public of Central Vermont and beyond, cordially invites you to a virtual Open House at 6pm EST on May 18, to be held on Zoom.
This free event will showcase a prepared speech by Distinguished Toastmaster Kaylee Kach. There will be lots of fun opportunities for you to observe and try out core Toastmasters activities, including constructive evaluation of prepared speeches, no-pressure impromptu speaking, and individualized support for realizing your communication and leadership goals.
One Savvy Speaker has shared their transformative experience this past year: "I joined Toastmasters because I wanted to learn to get my ideas across better when working remotely. Thanks to the feedback and encouragement of the Savvy Speakers club, I've exceeded my goals. I've not only been able to contribute my thoughts more at work, I've been able to step up as a leader when people really needed one during the COVID-19 epidemic."
Do you also want to become a confident public speaker and strong leader? If so, Toastmasters is the place for you. You'll find a supportive, informal, learn-by-doing environment that allows you to achieve your goals at your own pace.
