I. Call to Order: 7:00 PM
1. Review agenda for addition, removal, or adjustment of any items per 1 V.S.A. §312(d)(3)(A).
2. Overview of Zoom meeting operation and procedures: rules for participation, mute microphone, recognition by Chair, etc.

II. Public Forum. (5 min. per person)

III. Regular Business.
1. Review of tree removal plan and quotes from area tree removal companies. May include deliberation in executive session regarding contract negotiation. (+/- 10 min.)
2. Town Green Park Use Application: Youth Lacrosse Car Wash Fundraiser, Sunday, May 16, 11:00am – 4:00pm. (+/- 10 min.)
3. Holley Hall bell tower floor repair: consideration of structural engineer's recommendations and review of repair scope of work. (+/- 15 min.)
4. Continued consideration of amendments to Bristol's procurement/purchasing policy. (+/- 15 min.)
5. Consideration of a proposed COVID-19 re-opening plan. (+/- 10 min.)
6. Continued American Rescue Plan Act update and preliminary discussion. (+/- 10 min.)
7. Review of Bristol Town Plan implementation matrix and Selectboard assignments. (+/- 10 min.)
8. Approval of the March 29, April 12, and April 26, 2021 meeting minutes. (+/- 5 min.)
9. Authorize accounts payable warrant and any liquor licenses. (+/- 5 min.)
10. Selectboard roundtable. (+/- 10 min.)
11. Town Administrator's report. (+/- 5 min.)

IV. Other Business.
1. Correspondence, reports, correspondence received. (+/- 5 min.)

V. Executive Session - tentative: contract negotiations per 1 V.S.A. §313(a)(1)(A) and personnel matters per 1 V.S.A. §313(a)(3).

VI. Adjourn.
