Join the Johnson Tree Board to celebrate the grand opening of the Johnson Arboretum on Saturday, May 22 (rain date May 29) from 11:00 am-12:00 pm. Learn about how the arboretum was started, what's planned for the future, and all you ever wanted to know about tulip trees and halesias. Participate in a kids' scavenger hunt, learn how to plant and prune, ask your tree questions, and enjoy refreshments. Those who are interested are welcome to adopt a tree or join us in planting three new trees!

The arboretum is located at the old Duba Field and is accessible via a right-of-way on Pearl Street- follow the signs.
