We NEED some awesome ladies to sign-up for our super fun amateur all-female arm-wrestling tournament!!

Saturday, May 3rd at 5pm, Nectar’s will become the arena for Girls Rock Vermont’s 2nd annual all female arm-wrestling tournament.

A dozen strong-armed women costumed as their wrestler alter egos will compete in a double elimination style tournament to raise money for our summer camps and the champion of the tournament will win a $50 cash prize!

The way we will raise money is through a “betting” process. Before each round, each wrestler’s “entourage” members will collect bets on who everyone thinks will win each match. The “bets” however, are actually donations towards our summer camp. This way, no matter who wins or loses, it is really our campers who win!

It is our mission to allow any girl into camp, regardless of her family’s ability to pay. Your “bets” will go towards scholarships for our campers, so bring some cash to throw down!

We will be raffling off acoustic guitars at the event and we will also have t-shirts, buttons, stickers, guitar picks and guitar pick earrings for sale with our Girls Rock Vermont logo!

We will also be collecting instrument donations for camp, so feel free to bring that bass guitar, drum kit, keyboard, mic, amp or PA that needs a good home! We will gratefully accept them at the event.

$5 admission at the door~~~ all ages!!!
