Jump into Spring! Outdoor Yoga with Mandolin this Saturday 🌸

Join us for an outdoor 75 minute all levels Vinyasa yoga class led by Chessy Kelley, accompanied by the soothing sound of live mandolin by Jamie Masefield, and drink in the spectacular views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks at All Souls! The final 15 minutes of the class will be a guided imagery relaxation during which you can choose to stay in Sivasana or sit in meditation.
