Our Rise to 5K program is for everyone – beginning runners, experienced runners getting back in shape, and people who love to walk! This socially distanced, six-week training program will be coached by Kenedi Hall from Going the Distance.
Training begins May 11. Sessions will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 pm at the Windsor Rec and on Saturdays 10:00-11:00 am at the Windsor Fairgrounds. Register today at http://bit.ly/Rise5KWindsor.
