As our long winter finally bursts into spring, let the mysterious and enchanted castle inhabitants draw you in! Our entire community has had a long year of isolation and disconnect -- let all of us let music, theatre and dance reawaken our souls and melt our hearts.
VYD's spin on Beauty and the Beast is a relevant, current, and entertaining production for kids, teens, and adults. In our story, as in today's world…characters are isolated and cut off -- locked in an enchantment, trying to find their identity. They find that love and friendship is found in unexpected places, and hold each other up to find a way through a most difficult journey.

As You Are blends electrifying hip-hop and lyrical choreography with song choices to "tell" this story of adventure and acceptance.

VYD is a top-notch local performance troupe, with a cast of talented youth from Jericho, Underhill, Richmond, and nearby towns. Previous shows include Young Forever - A Peter Pan Tale, Cinderella Unwritten, Aladdin's Last Wish, Journey to Oz, Castle on the Hill – A King Arthur Story, and our last show -- Turn to Stone A Journey to Narnia.
