Are you looking for a gentle and healthy way to move your body?
Join me to practice Gentle Flow Yoga. Gentle Flow Yoga is a wonderful way to invite relaxation and balance into our bodies and minds, while also allowing us to release tension and stress.
I am excited to offer two, 4-week sessions in May and June at River Arts. Register for both sessions and receive a discount. Classes are Tuesday evenings from 6:15-7:30 pm beginning May 4th. Signup for a full session or class-by-class.
I believe that every "body" should be celebrated and that yoga is available to all. No experience or flexibility required!
Classes will include pranayama (breathwork), simple flowing sequences to warm up the body along with slower-paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and easeful movement, and guided meditation.
