Happy Arbor Day! Join us on the Town Green next Saturday, May 8 for an exciting Arbor Day celebration. Swing by anytime between 12 and 2 pm to plant your own maple tree seeds and complete a tree-themed scavenger hunt or craft for a chance to win a prize! You can also get a library card if you don't have one, check out some great books, and learn more about the many virtual Arbor Day events hosted by Vermont Urban & Community Forestry throughout the month. We can't wait to see you!

According to recommendations from the VT Department of Health, this outdoor, open-house-style program is designed to limit crowd size and keep people moving. Mask wearing, contact tracing, and social distancing guidelines will be strictly enforced in order to keep us all safe and healthy.
