How do you meditate? How can you turn off the racing mind? If you've struggled with meditation. stilling the mind and body, or thought perhaps meditation wasn't for you, I invite you to a meditation series with River Buffum of Butterfly Moon Mediation on Tuesday evenings in May. May 4th, 11th, and 18th from 8 to 8:45 pm, River will take us through a different aspect of the mind/body/spirit connection accessible through meditation. Week 1 covers befriending the mind & inviting calm through breathing practices and guided meditation;
Week 2- Inhabiting the body & tapping into its wisdom through a grounding meditation; and Week 3: Nurturing our spirit as we brighten our inner light through a guided oneness practice.
