Vermont's annual "Green Up Day" is this Saturday, May 1st.

Danby residents are encouraged to safely collect roadside litter using green collection bags provided for that purpose.

Pick up bags at Smokey House (at the farm stand) or at the Town Office during this week before Green Up Day. Once filled on Saturday, bags can be left a safe distance from roadsides for collection on the evening of May 1st.

To reduce contact and support COVID-19 physical distancing guidelines, we will not have central sign-up or volunteer gathering sites. Please organize your participation accordingly.
