Greenup bags are now available at the Town Hall, Watroba's General Store and the Reading Greenouse in advance of Greenup Day on Saturday, May 1.

For those of you who are anxious to get started, or may not be around on May 1, please feel free to go out and start cleaning up our roads any time. Please sign the Sign Up sheet when you pick up your bags so that I can keep track of which roads are being spruced up.

You can deposit the full Greenup bags at the Weathersfield Transfer Station - tell the attendant they are from Reading as the cost of the disposal is covered.

If you want to wait until Saturday, May 1 Greenup bags will be available in front of the Town Hall, along with free coffee and donuts from 8:O0-9:00 AM. As in previous years, there will be a few special 'green' coupons hidden along some of the roads redeemable for a prize at the Town Hall.
