Let's Green Up Castleton!! Bags will be available on Green Up Day in front of the Castleton Free Library on May 1. There will also be free drinks, coffee, and snacks from 9 am-3 pm for people who are Greening Up Castleton. Prior to Green Up Day bags will be available outside at the Castleton Town Offices, at the Castleton Transfer Station, at the library, and inside the Castleton Village Store. Please leave bags by the side of the road during the weekend of Green Up Day. The will be picked up on all roads on Monday morning. Please DO NOT bring any bags or items to the transfer station. Green Up Day items and bags will not be accepted at the Transfer Station at any time. Please contact Liz by responding to this posting if you know the road that you will be greening up so we may keep track of what roads are being done. Thanks!
