Wednesday promises to bring us more much-needed rain. Make a cup of tea and join us by Zoom for a talk on birds with Brian Lowe
The birds are back and more are arriving every day! Take a break and join us for a talk about birds with Brian Lowe and be ready for the upcoming birding season. We all know robins, but there are so many more!
Randolph's own Brian Lowe is a birder of great note! Brian is a devoted advocate for all birds but has a special place in his heart for kestrels, the smallest of Vermont's raptors. He's been building and putting up kestrel next boxes for many years and is working with the North Branch Nature Center to band the birds and monitor their populations in Randolph, Brookfield and Braintree. Brian also organizes our local Christmas bird count. Brian has won several awards for his work with birds and he'll speak to us about his work, our local birds and answer questions.
