Please join South Hero Land Trust to Green Up South Hero on Saturday, May 3rd. An hour of your time will make a huge difference in cleaning up our community. We are hoping to have the entire town covered this year, but still need a few more volunteers to make it happen, please sign up today!

You can Green-Up a street, part of a street, or join South Hero Land Trust for a group clean-up of White’s Beach (10:00-11:00). We also need 1-2 volunteers to help Anne Zolotas pick up the filled bags at noon- if you have a strong back and an hour of time please sign up to help her out, it is a very important part of a successful Green-Up.

From 11:00- 12:30 head over to the Folsom School playground for SHLT’s annual “Thank You” BBQ. Free burgers, hot dogs, and veggie burgers will be served fresh off the grill. Many thanks to the Naud/Pendolino family and Marco diCarlo for their continuing generosity in sponsoring the annual BBQ! Many thanks to Island Homemade Ice Cream for donating delicious ice cream for dessert!
