Ron and Alice Siegriest have proposed subdividing 2 existing lots with 8 dwelling units across 5 buildings into 5 new lots (one for each building). The parcels are located at 226 & 236 River Road in the Medium Density Residential (R2) zone, Scenic Resource Overlay (SRPO) & Floodplain Overlay (C2) Districts. Tax Map 33, Parcel 1 and Tax Map 4 Parcel 10.
