The Lamoille Valley Rail Trail Committee (LVRTC) cordially invites you to participate in a Public Hearing that will detail the newly revised Management, Development and Maintenance Plan for the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

The Public Hearing will be conducted via Vermont Interactive Television (VIT). It will be broadcast from the VIT site at Lyndon State College in Lyndon and televised to the following VIT sites: Lyndon, Montpelier, Johnson and St. Albans.

The newly revised plan will be presented during the first 45 minutes of the presentation. The remainder of the time, 1 hour and 45 minutes, will be used to take comments and/or answer questions from the public. Public comments on the plan will be taken until Friday, May 30, 2014 -4:00 PM EST All public comments should be addressed to: LVRT MP Comments c/o VAST Technical Coordinator 26 Vast Lane Barre VT 05641 Comments may also be emailed to the VAST Office to: Matt Tetreault at matt@vtvast.org. Comments may be emailed directly from the LVRT website as well (www.lvrt.org). All public comments will be posted on the LVRT website. The LVRT management team will review all comments and consider their inclusion into the plan; and a final draft of the plan will be delivered to VTrans by Friday, August 01, 2014.
