Food Shelf Distribution this Saturday, 4/17 from 9-11 am at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 273 Route 15, in Jericho

The Essex-Jericho-Underhill Food Shelf will hold its monthly distribution on Saturday April 17 , from 9-11 am at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church on Rt. 15 in Jericho.

**People from surrounding towns are welcome and invited! ** Pre-packed bags of fresh and shelf-stable foods including eggs, cheese, butter, meat, bread and produce will be placed into clients' cars.

Thank you to all who have made donations, including in the food donation bins in the Jericho Market, Hannaford Essex and Price Chopper Essex. Supplies of peanut butter and jelly, baked beans, hot and cold cereal, boxed macaroni and cheese, and ready to heat meals (like canned ravioli and stew) are running low, if you would like to contribute. Special gratitude goes to local growers, like Jericho Settlers Farm, for vegetables, and to hens and their owners for eggs throughout the winter.
