Launched from a driving desire to stop working behind a desk, the Midnight Goat Farm of Huntington is a study in the evolution of the small Vermont farm. Yves Gonnet started with the idea of raising goats and selling cheese. Which he still does. But he strives with one eye focused always on the larger trends.
