The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the November 25, 2020 Petition submitted by Andrew Jette and Rita Bittner for an Amendment to the Town of Milton Unified Development Regulations requesting that the "Official Zoning Map," referenced in Section 2003 of the Unified Development Regulations, be amended to re-designate three parcels of land at 104 Westford Road, 2 Bedard Lane and 11 Bedard Lane from their current “R5” zoning district to the “R1” zoning district. The proposed amendment affects only Section 2003 of the Unified Development Regulations, captioned “Official Zoning Map.”
