B. Allow Mobile Food Trucks as a Permitted Use in Districts Where They Are Currently a Conditional Use
Discuss permitting mobile food trucks in zoning districts DB1, NC1, NC2, M2, M4C, and M5
C. 2021 Collection of Requested Updates to the Unified Development Regulations, Town Plan and Zoning - Discuss new collection of requested updates and provide background information on major projects.
