It's the annual update from Vermont Fish and Wildlife. This time we're pleased to have 2 Vermont Fisheries Biologists with us, Bret Ladago and Peter Emerson! Their presentation overviews are below.

We'll learn about work being done in the central Vermont area and the northern part of the Northeast Kingdom. This is usually the post popular meeting of the year and we look forward to another great turnout!

From Bret Ladago:

Update on wild trout sampling in the Mad River and Dog River headwaters, discuss local aquatic organism passage work including dam removals and culvert replacements, and give a brief overview of an extensive water temperature study that occurred in the Dog River over the summer of 2020.

From Peter Emerson:

Update on the Memphremagog Riparian lands project. Salmon strain evaluation on Clyde and conversations with Quebec regarding whole lake management proposal for Lake Memphremagog.
