5:05 To consider approving an application to Congressman Peter Welch for nomination of a special municipal transportation project for the U.S. House Appropriations Committee for Walkable Middlesex Village project including sidewalks, streetscape, land acquisition and path along river in Middlesex Village. Members of the Middlesex Planning Commission to attend. Action likely.

5:25 OTHER BUSINESS

- To consider appointing Middlesex Conservation Commission member Dell McDonough and Jon Udis as Town representatives to the Central Vermont Solid Waste District Board. Action likely.
- To consider reappointing Mitch Osiecki as Recreation Director. Action likely.
- To consider renewal of the Filling Station's 1st & 3rd class liquor licenses along with an Outside Consumption Permit. Action likely.
- Approving the minutes from the March 16, 2021 Select Board Meeting. Action likely.
- Any other business that may come before the Board. No action.
