Age Well Grab N Go Meal Pick-Up Event – Halfway House 22A Shoreham

Contact-free pick up between 11:00 am and 12:00 pm. Drive up to the back door and honk once. Your meal(s) will be brought out to you. Chicken & biscuit dinner with potatoes, mixed vegetables, stuffing, and dessert. ADVANCED RESERVATIONS ONLY! Call the Halfway House at least 24 hours in advance to reserve 802-897-5160. Open to anyone age 60 and over. All meal recipients will be contacted to register with Age Well.
