The Friends of Windsor Library are seeking new members! The Friends meet 5 times a year and plan fun fundraising and publicity projects to raise money for the library. They also run an annual essay contest for Windsor students. Have you seen the beautiful window display in the old WinCycle building downtown? That's a Friends project. The annual book sale? The Friends do that! (With help from the Board.) They have planned author readings and other events. Currently they're selling the beautiful canvas shopping bags (see below.) Would you like to join this cool group of people and make a difference for your library? Their next meeting is Wednesday, April 14th at 5:30PM via Zoom. If you'd like to join them, you can just show up at the meeting or email of your interest to librarian@windsorlibrary.org . To become a Friend, there are annual dues of $10. You can even pay that on our website! Thanks to our wonderful Friends for all their support and thanks for your consideration in joining them!
