Mindful Spring into Action

Spring is here! You may be thinking about running your first race or perhaps just getting in better shape. Mindful Spring into Action with Becky Widschwenter and Elizabeth Mauntler can help you do just that. Sponsored by the Waterbury Public Library, Mindful Spring into Action will give 101 running basics and suggested activities to help you gain energetic movement and alignment led by Becky, and pelvic health education to help integrate with other core muscle groups, led by Elizabeth. You'll also learn ways to stay hydrated, pack nutritious meals and snacks for on-the-go, and tips to increase activity safely. That and much more on Thursday, March 25th from 6-7 PM.
