At its upcoming meeting on March 25 at 6:30pm, the Essex Planning Commission will review an application for development in your neighborhood.
Under the consent agenda, Black Bay Ventures XIV, LLC has proposed adding 2 exterior mechanical units as part of a fit-up for a new use in an existing building at 19 Thompson Drive in the Resource Preservation District-Industrial (RPD-I) zone.
