Pop-Up Dinner on Easter
Hi Neighbors! My partner and I have a new small farm in St. Johnsbury, called Haven Hearth & Homestead, and we also do pop-up dinners.
On April 4, we'll be teaming up with Whirligig Brewing and Cosmic Cup Café to offer a spring-y four-course meal, using syrup from our new sugaring operation, meat from
Danville's Badger Brook Farm, and other local and regional ingredients. For the occasion, Whirligig is brewing two amazing beers: a Maple Imperial Stout, and a cranberry-apple sour.
Spaces are limited! Send us an email to reserve tickets, or with any questions! $45 per person, including tax. Special brews are purchased separately.
Menu:
~ Green pea & spinach soup with lemon crème fraîche
~ Snack plate: maple & beet pickled eggs, vodka-cured salmon (optional), caramelized onion dip with roasted veggies
~ Lamb & pork pie with whipped potato crust (vegetarian version features mushrooms & veggies instead of meat)
~ Maple pudding with bacon brittle, and Meyer lemon "jello" with whipped cream
Socially-distant pickup will be at Whirligig Brewing in St. Johnsbury
