This is a live interview hosted by Emily Bernard, where questions will give you a "Glimpse" into Annie's writing and various experiences in the arts, plus insights into her creativity.
Her books include: Hard Candy: Caregiving, Mourning, and Stage Light; Pitch Roll Yaw; L is for Lion: An Italian Bronx Butch Freedom Memoir (finalist for the LAMBDA Literary Award), and Schistsong.
Review: L is for Lion
"Annie Rachele Lanzillotto is a vividly talented writer whose coming of age story as a Bronx Italian lesbian creates a superb memoir. Rollicking with detail, poetic in language L Is for Lion is the book you read while walking through the house or out to your mailbox, just not wanting to pause even a moment." ― San Francisco Book Review
The Virtual Speaker Series is sponsored by Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Jericho, VT, and is offering this event as a unique opportunity to learn from the author. It is also a fundraiser for Good Shepherd. You can purchase tickets here: https://glimpse.ticketspice.com/glimpse-speaker-series-3
