Rutland County Restorative Justice Center and ARC Rutland Area are joining together to host a virtual cooking class! This class, taught by local Chef Robert Barral of Cafe Provence in Brandon, VT, will give participants the chance to learn how to make Chicken Nicoise.
This cooking class will take place via Zoom on Monday, April 5, 2021 from 1pm to 2pm. All those who purchase a ticket will be automatically entered into a drawing for a $25 gift card. They will receive a copy of the recipe and the password for the Zoom link prior to the class. A recording of the class will be sent to those who purchase tickets for those who are unable to attend the live event or would like to rewatch.
Cooking for a Cause with Chef Robert Barral helps to support the work of two nonprofits, Rutland County Restorative Justice Center (RCRJC) and ARC Rutland Area. RCRJC has been working to make our community safer through restorative justice programs for forty years. ARC Rutland Area has been providing advocacy, resources, and community to citizens with developmental disabilities for over sixty years.
Tickets are $25. To learn more about the work of these two agencies or to purchase tickets, please visit RCRJC and ARC's websites: rutlandrestorativejustice.org and arcrutlandarea.org.
