Preventing Lyme Disease by Alexis Chesney, ND

Past event
Mar 29, 2021, 6:30 to 8 PM

Dr. Alexis Chesney, a naturopathic physician in southern Vermont, recently published a fantastic little book on tick-borne disease prevention strategies. If your family spends a lot of time outdoors, and you are not feeling too overwhelmed with health-related strategizing right now, I highly recommend grabbing a copy of her book: Preventing Lyme and other Tick-Borne Diseases. Also, Alexis will be giving a free webinar through Carpenter-Carse Library on Monday 3/29 6:30-8pm which anyone can attend and benefit from, whether you've read the book or not. Please check the library's website for details on how to attend. The nymphs and females will be out soon looking for their first blood meal. Don't let it be you! Prevention is everything.
