Dear Neighbors,
The monthly Neighborhood Planning Assembly (NPA) meeting is ALWAYS a sort of community discussion, but this Thursday, March 18, we are leaving 30 minutes for a facilitated discussion starting with this question:
"What would make our neighborhood communities stronger than they are today?"
If this seems like a good format for talking to each other, we will do it again at a future meeting and give it more time. Our elected officials have been invited to LISTEN to the discussion, but — this time — not to participate.
