On March 18, 2021, from noon – 1 pm Norwich University's Center for Global Resilience and Security (CGRS) will host our next Academic Resilience Collaborative panel on US Borders. Join us to explore questions such as "What does order at the US northern and southern borders look like in 2021? How does patrolling and security impact regions and communities? What are their human implications?" and discuss what these issues mean for Vermont's resilience.
The panel features Dr. Theresa Mares and Dr. Pablo Bose of the University of Vermont and Mr. Matt Flaherty with the State University of New York's (SUNY) ESCORT. It will be moderated by CGRS Faculty Fellow, and Norwich University's assistant professor of Spanish Dr. Kaitlin Thomas.
