The Village of Jeffersonville Board of Adjustment hereby provides notice of a public hearing to be held pursuant to 24V.S.A. 449 and 4464 for the review of a commercial development application under provision of the Village Flood Hazard Area Bylaws adopted: July 6, 2011.

Description of Proposed Project:
Application for Conditional Use Approval, re: conversion of the former dormitory building owned by the Cambridge Community Center, LLC, to a space to be rented to the Brewster River Brewing Company for the purpose of brewing craft beers.

The continued review of this development application will be conducted in the context of the current Village Flood Hazard Area Bylaws (Adopted: July 6, 2011) and related statutes may be offered by the ZOOM meeting participants. Participation in this proceeding is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal action.
