On Monday, March 15 at 1:30, Rich and Sheri Larsen will present a virtual travelogue to Ethiopia. They'll talk about and show photos of historic sites, interesting cultures, wildlife and scenery. Rich and Sheri Larsen traveled to Ethiopia for three weeks in November 2019. Half of their time was spent exploring northern Ethiopia as part of a group tour. Highlights in the north included seeing the archaeological sites in Axum, Ethiopia's oldest and holiest city; wildlife in the Simien mountains; the castles of Gondor; and the rock-hewn churches of Lalibela. For the remaining time, the Larsens took a private tour to visit a number of tribes in southern Ethiopia, many of which live the same as they have for millennia.
