Join trainers Joyce Cellars and Shana Trombley of CPG Enterprises, Inc. for an interactive discussion on current fundraising trends and a look ahead to what the coming 18-24 months might have in store. No crystal balls here, but we will analyze trends and data, consider the impacts of over a year of pandemic lockdowns, calls for racial justice, and climate action movements, and explore adaptations of traditional fundraising best practices through a 2021 lens. About the Speakers:
Joyce Cellars is a development professional with 15 years of experience in nonprofit management, donor relations, and community engagement. She particularly enjoys helping clients meet their fundraising goals by creating effective and sustainable work plans, building lasting and authentic relationships with donors and beneficiaries, engaging board members, and developing a culture of philanthropy within their organizations.

Shana Trombley brings 26 years of experience working for non-profits or government. She enjoys collaborating with non-profits to help them achieve their mission through improved fundraising capacity, reaching their fundraising and organizational goals. Shana appreciates the process of developing inspiring and sustainable fundraising plans and engaging staff and volunteers in their various roles in pursuit of shared goals. She has extensive experience working with and volunteering for non-profits and in these capacities has planned and managed public awareness campaigns, legislative initiatives, and community development projects.
