REAL envisions a community that embodies inclusion, equity, and justice as values central to our identity. We are committed to building safe communities where all people are provided with and experience dignity and respect, and all are welcome with kindness and belonging.

Every month, the Racial Equity Alliance of Lamoille (REAL) hosts an online Zoom gathering for the broader community. This is an opportunity to connect with your Lamoille neighbors in a safe space; share in discussions on the impact of inequities in our community and beyond, learn about the actionable work that REAL is engaging in, and find out how to get involved in the work of racial justice.

Currently, the REAL Community Coalition Conversations are held on Zoom the second Wednesday of each month from 5pm to 6:30pm. Each month, a different theme is explored. Community members are invited to share their thoughts, ask questions and listen with open minds and open hearts. Everyone is welcome!
