Speak Out Topic: "Is Winning Everything"
Participants:
- High School Students
- Freshman, Sophomores, Juniors and Senior
- Students must be are residents of the Towns of Colchester, Milton or Winooski or who attend Colchester, Milton or Winooski High Schools
Being held: Wednesday Night April 7, 2021 at 6:30 PM
Location: Virtual via Zoom
Registration: Deadline is Monday, April 5th
Speech is 5 to 7 minutes long.
Judging criteria:
- Address theme (20 percent)
- Development of theme (50 percent)
- Expression and Delivery (30 percent)
Cash Prizes: 1st $250, 2nd $159, 3rd, $100 plus 4 additional $25 prizes
