On March 3 at 1:30, New York Times best-selling author Barry Estabrook joins the Community Senior Center for a virtual presentation about his book Pig Tales: An Omnivore's Quest for Sustainable Meat. He'll draw on his experiences raising pigs in Vermont and his instincts as an investigative reporter. He'll describe both the dark side of the pork industry and an encouraging portrait of the responsible, respectful farming approaches that benefit producers, consumers and top chefs in America. 
 
Barry has an abiding love for these remarkable creatures that are social, self-aware, playful, and smart enough to master some typical commands twice as fast as your average dog!
