4. Irena & James Case and Catherine Case: Subdivision revision for a boundary line adjustment for two properties located at 1932 Richmond Road (+/-92.95 acres, James and Irena) and 2032 Richmond Road (+/-6.15 acres, Catherine) in the Rural Residential 2 Zoning District. The applicants are proposing to transfer +/- 82 acres from one property to the other. No new parcels or residences are proposed.

5. Tim Mitchell/William Mitchell: Final plat review for a 2-lot subdivision of a property located at 83/135 Tyler Bridge Road in the Agricultural Zoning District, straddling the Hinesburg-Starksboro town boundary. The proposed subdivision will create separate lots for the two existing residences. No new residences are proposed.

6. Rolf Kielman/United Church of Hinesburg: Site Plan review for renovation of "The Vestry" on a 0.07-acre property located at 10765 Route 116 in the Village Zoning District. The applicant is proposing to create a cultural community center to host events.
