VSC’s Alumnx Poetry Open-Mic Night In Celebration of National Poetry Month

VSC invites poets from our alumnx community to participate in a Poetry Open-Mic Night on Friday, April 23rd, at 7:00 pm, ET. VSC Alumnx poets are invited to read one to two poems for a maximum of three minutes each. To kick off the night, VSC poet-alumna (Dec. ‘19) Emily Pittinos will read from her debut poetry collection, The Last Unkillable Thing, winner of the Iowa Poetry Prize.

All are welcome to attend. Readers will be limited to poets from VSC’s alumnx community. This event is free and open to the public. A Zoom link will be provided.
