THIS SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 28TH AT 3:PM, the Bolton History Group and the Richmond Historical Society will present a program on local town meetings during the late 1800's and early 1900's. Excerpts from early Town Reports will cover subjects from highway expenses, liquor sales, floods, and lawsuits to school issues, including the requirement that students' families provide firewood for the schools. Clint Buxton, who is out of a job as Richmond's Town Moderator in this year of Covid-19, will moderate the historical meetings' program.
