Saturday, May 3rd is Green-UIp Day. If you haven't already gotten out to clear litter from roadsides, This is your chance to do it with other people and get free ice cream afterwards. There will also be prizes awarded to kids for various categories of "found treasures". We'll meet at the transfer station at 9:00 A.M. Sat. to get bags and pick a section of road to green up. Try to be back at the transfer station by about 11:00 for ice cream and prizes. Muck boots and gloves are recommended.
